Technical Support: TCC is committed to providing excellent after-sales support to its customers through PROFESSIONAL WORKSHOPS which carry out maintenance and repair for all types of electronics including video games.
* Fluent in spoken English and Arabic
* CRM work experience is must.
* Female candidate with valid QID
* Good Communication Skill
* Customer service attitude
* Answering phones professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
* Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
* Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
* Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
Job Types: 8 hour shift, Permanent
Experience:
* Customer Services: 2 years (Preferred)
